In 2019, I was involved in a painful accident. I slipped and fell on black ice from an apartment watering on the wrong day and time. I had to retain an attorney because I was badly injured with no health insurance. This is where my long road to recovery had begun. The law office that I retained gave me medical providers to select from that accepted liens since I had no health insurance. From these doctors I was eventually sent to pain management. Unfortunately, I was not referred to Dr. Antflick. I was referred to another pain management doctor that I personally felt wasn't listening to my symptoms, needs and consistently wanted to just schedule me for spinal injections. After expressing my concerns with a medical assistant from an orthopedic center, she recommended that I try out a different pain center. I found the pain center the medical assistant mentioned and was scheduled with Dr. Adam Antflick. Immediately, I was impressed with the time he spent with me. He fully listened to my areas of pain and all my concerns. He took the time to explain to me why I was experiencing what I was experiencing in detail relating to my accident. He put therapies in place ordered different injections and prescribed medications that would allow me to function day to day living with pain. In 2019, it was recommended by 2 surgeons that I have spinal fusion, this scared me. I feel like I wasn't given an opportunity to try to avoid surgery by alternative medical treatments. Dr. Antflick expressed to me that he would help keep me off the surgical table as long as possible. Unfortunately, I developed drop foot and required lumbar surgery after several years of treatment. Once surgery was my only option Dr. Antflick referred me to multiple spine surgeons for multiple opinions. He did this for me and wanted me to be comfortable with the surgeon I chose for my surgical procedure. My profession is a case manager at a law firm. I don't know what better way to care for clients then to share my personal medical experiences. All the clients that chose Dr. Antflick have had nothing but pleasant things to say about his detailed care plan and their appreciation with their personal injury needs. Dr. Antflick will remain my pain management doctor beyond my personal injury case. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my body other than Dr. Antflick. The only thing I am disappointed about is that he isn't a spine surgeon 😊. Thank you Dr. Antflick!

I have been a patient of Dr. Antflick for over five years and couldn’t be happier with his dedication to my case. In 2018 I had surgery on my lumbar spine. We prayed it would heal but it didn’t, and somehow the pain ended up getting worse. He researched and proposed different treatments, even pulling in other specialist to try to understand some of the symptoms that didn’t seem to fit in the puzzle. Dr. Antflick did everything in his power to balance keeping me functioning and being able to handle the pain. I knew then and I know now how lucky I was to find a doctor so dedicated to my case. When the balance of functioning to pain became too much, I started underperforming at work. After months of this dynamic, Dr. Antflick and I made the call to pull me out on short term disability. Six months later, it was time to fight our way to long term disability. Without Dr. Antflick, I would not have been successful. Dr. Antflick made himself available to my health insurance and disability insurance, where he successfully explained to many different reasons why my case was different. He evaluated my past deficits and set instructions for healthy living, and now continues to do so once a quarter. Receiving long term disability is notoriously difficult, thanks to Dr. Antflick we were successful. I recommend Dr. Antflick to anyone struggling with long term pain.

"I've dealt with severe back pain for the last 25 years. Every year it worsened and after 6 seperate fusions I became hopeless. All of the pain management doctors that i had seen were basically pill pushers with no plan to help me longterm. I was referred to Dr. Antflick roughly 5 years ago. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes. He and his staff are very friendly and personable. Dr. Antflick came up with several plans to help alleviate my pain without more narcotics. I feel like he's not just my doctor but he's my partner in fighting this disease. My pain is 50% less than it was and I'm no longer hopeless. I am so thankful for Dr. Antflick and everything he's done for me. I would highly recommend him to everyone."

Dr. Antflick is by far the best pain management doctor and expert that I have encountered. When I was in law school, I was seriously injured in a car crash. Dr. Antflick designed a pain management regimen that did not include opioids, so that I could continue to attend class, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. Now, as a lawyer, I recommend Dr. Antflick to my clients. He is caring, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and consistently puts his patient's best interests first. As an expert, Dr. Antflick provides reliable, unbiased opinions. He is an excellent witness and his testimony reflects his knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Antflick to both patients and lawyers.
